Pablo, did you get able to resolve this issue ?

I'm having exactly the same problem with Gluster 3.12.14.

Already tried re-creating the replica many times. It copies about 1.6MB of
files and then breaks. There about 100GB to sync.

Dear Charles,

We were unable to solve the problem with version 3.12. The version 4.1 is working for us.

Best regards,

We got able to make it replicate on 3.12 by issuing a config access_mount true:
gluster volume geo-replication <volume> glusterhost1::<volume> config access_mount true

Replicas are good so far.
